After leaving a phone in a cab, I tried to contact the dispatch to get in touch with the cab driver we had rode with. The dispatch not only refused to put us in contact with the driver, but became irritated and began cursing at me over the phone. He claimed that all their drivers were "independent contractors" and they did not have any type of roster or list of employees that could be used to help us locate the driver. All drivers are dispatched through computer and never have any actual contact with the company. It would have been nice if the dispatch could have taken my contact information and offered to help locate my phone. Instead, he belittled me and was near belligerent in his tone and his attitude towards me. I was deeply offended and felt unjustly persecuted. I would highly recommend never using this service, and at all costs avoid ever getting into a blue and silver cab after a night out.

The man that answers the phone at night, very nice and knows the city inside and out. He always sends out the cab in less than 15 min. so pleasent, he makes you want to call back. on top of his job and the drivers what a great company, will never call the others again i have found my cab company. ATLANTA LENOX TAXI THERE NAME SAYS IT ALL !

Super fast service and with a smile. I called there company four days in advance to set up an airport drop off, they were at my door five min. before pick up time. when i called to tell them i was not ready yet that i need five more min, they told me to take my time. The first thing the driver said to me was good morning and then asked if I had my flight tickets. I am so glad he did because I left them on the kitchen table. Thanks to them I got my flight on time. Keep up the great service. They are my only cab service in Atlanta.

I would recomend this service the driver was very courteous. I forgot my pocket book and contacted the company my pocket book was returned to my within 30 minutes. This is a very dependable co. Also They were very ontime in my initial pickup.
Reckless & Dangerous Drivers!

Was very late to begin with and could not speak a word of English. When he arrived, ordered me to hurry up. Started moving the vehicle while I was still trying to get in. Did not understand where to take me, so just keep driving anyway which was costing me alot of money. Keep saying the words stupid americans. When the cab ride was over the meter said $27.25, I had two twenties and he grabbed both of them out of my hand, and would not give me my change back. I could not believe the behavior of this cab driver. Never felt so afraid in my life. I would not wish my worst enemy to ride with this cab company.
