Wonderful Sales presentation, don't worry. $15,000 complete re-roofing. I will personally take care of you. Never saw the a#$@ss again!! Screwed everything up that could have been screwed up, literally. A Mexi crew shows up that can not speak a lick of English, put the ridge vent on completely wrong which could have caused someone to fall through roof, put the roof on and left all the underlayment off (not tar paper but underlayment for ridges, and valleys, around dormers, etc) sitting on the driveway. I come up and say, why is this not under the roof. Oh we forgot so thet start ripping up half the shingles and halfway skoot some of it under the shingles, improperly, thinking that will help. They completely destroyed all edge boards by cutting. This one really got to me: a 15 yr old kid with a sawzall whacking away at my ridge plywood to put the ridge vents in nicking each rafter good and making jagged cuts. A pro would have used a circular saw with simple depth set to cut off in large pieces, but these geniuses cut off thousnads of chunks that all fell into my attic and were not cleaned up!!!! If I could have shot them off my roof, and get away with it, I would have. I yelled at the kid just older than the other kids site manager, and he did not get me any satisfaction. On top of that, after the roof was finally done, I walk out to the street and it is more ungodly crooked than most of their teeth. So after all that, they have to rip off all the shingles and redo at a damage to my roof!!! I did not pay for over 1.5 years, and they finally got many of the issues resolved. that had one man over here for over a week fixing the disaster. I probably have 2 billion more holes in my roof that need be. Do you now partially see the name of Dr GOOF!!!!! Run from Dr Goof.!! And most are right about the customer service, it is like talking to someone who simplly does not care.

I had a leak that 3 people could not fix, but Dr. Roof came to the rescue. They showed up on time for the estimate, gave a fair price, good warranty, and fixed the leak!!!! Finally I don't have to worry about the leak in my bedroom. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Dr. Roof installed a new roof on my home this past winter. They worked with my insurance company to make sure I got the best roof possible. They were courteous, efficient, and did a good clean up. The roof looks great. Thanks Dr. Roof!

Spoke with an employee with company.....terrible! Wanted to bind to contract when estimate is complete. Attitude was unpleasant when asked various questions. Was told could not come out after no commitment to contract.
