I bought a house 31 Aug 2009. The roof was 6 months old and under warranty. The roof has no damage outside at all. But leaks in one bedroom. The guys named "Buzz" said warranties were not transferable and they would not back-up a job that was 6 month old and that their warranty was not transferable. The cost of the original replacement was $9800. This is twice the going rate of a 2000 s/f roof should normally be. The website says they are licensed and bonded. http://www.mysuburbanroof.com/ If I could gather a MOB, I would Tar and Feather these guys "Buzz" and or "Greg" (maybe the same)
